In case you don’t know, Taylor Pork Roll (regionally called Taylor Ham) is a brand of pork roll produced by Taylor Provisions Company. The company is headquartered in Trenton, New Jersey. And its founder, John Taylor, is credited as the inventor of the pork roll. While “Taylor” is a brand of pork roll, in regions of NJ it may be referred to as “Taylor Ham”.
