Taylor Ham Egg and Cheese

New Jersey is best known for one type of breakfast which is Taylor Ham, Egg and Cheese (North Jersey). Or you may call it Pork Roll, Egg and Cheese, if you live in South Jersey. On a hard roll or bagel and you got yourself breakfast heaven!

In case you don’t know, the famous Taylor Pork Roll (regionally called Taylor Ham) is a brand of pork roll produced by Taylor Provisions Company. The company is headquartered in Trenton, New Jersey. And its founder, John Taylor, is credited as the inventor of the pork roll. While “Taylor” is a brand of pork roll, in regions of NJ it may be referred to as “Taylor Ham”. But the “Taylor Ham” vs. “Pork Roll” rivalry extends way outside of just New Jersey. New York, Pennsylvania, Maryland, & even Delaware have gotten into the conversations / arguments of “It’s Called {blank}”.

And because of this never ending, on going rivalry between North & South Jersey, we decided to create our products so that you can SHARE YOUR TEAM SPIRIT!!
