Pork Roll

New Jersey is best known for one type of breakfast which is Pork Roll, Egg and Cheese (South Jersey). Or you may call it Taylor Ham, Egg and Cheese, if you live in North Jersey. On a hard roll or bagel and you got yourself breakfast heaven!

In case you don’t know, the famous Taylor Pork Roll (regionally called Taylor Ham) is a brand of pork roll produced by Taylor Provisions Company. The company is headquartered in Trenton, New Jersey. And its founder, John Taylor, is credited as the inventor of this masterpiece. While “Taylor” is the brand, in regions of NJ it may be referred to as “Taylor Ham”. This of course due to the first production of pork roll being branded Taylor.

But this rivalry extends way outside of just New Jersey. New York, Pennsylvania, Maryland, & even Delaware have gotten into the conversations / arguments of “It’s Called {blank}”.

And because of this never ending, on going rivalry between North & South Jersey, we decided to create our products so that you can SHARE YOUR TEAM SPIRIT!!
